Authenticated SSRF via unprotected form validation

A cross-site request forgery in Jenkins Extended Choice Parameter Plugin 346.vd87693c5a_86c and earlier lets remote attackers connect to attacker URLs. Its form-validation methods omit permission checks and accept requests without POST protection, causing the Jenkins controller to issue outbound requests to attacker-selected destinations. Exploitation requires an authenticated Jenkins user with Overall/Read permission and can reach internal or external services from the controller, producing server-side request forgery and related network access.
