Authenticated file disclosure via unrestricted configured paths

Path traversal in Extended Choice Parameter Plugin 346.vd87693c5a_86c and earlier allows remote authenticated users to read Jenkins controller files. ExtendedChoiceParameterDefinition expands configured property-file paths and passes them to File and Ant Property without restricting the resolved location. Item/Configure permission is required, and returned values are limited to data parsed from JSON or Java properties files.
