CVE-2022-27201Network attack vector

Secrets disclosure via unrestricted controller XML parsing

Published Mar 15, 2022 · Updated Aug 3, 2024

Jenkins Semantic Versioning Plugin 1.13 and earlier allows attackers controlling agent processes to extract controller secrets or trigger server-side requests. Its controller/agent message parses attacker-influenced XML without disabling external entities and accepts unrestricted file paths.
