Directory disclosure via unauthenticated SecureBrowseFile requests

Missing authentication in Open Automation Software OAS Platform 16.00.0112 allows remote attackers to list filesystem directories through the OAS Engine. The SecureBrowseFile handler processes a properly formatted unauthenticated configuration message on TCP port 58727 and returns a directory listing for the requested path. Exposure is limited to paths readable by the account running the Engine, which defaults to the normal-privilege oasuser account on the tested installation.
