Script execution via unescaped admin-page fields
Published Jul 11, 2022 · Updated Aug 3, 2024
Cross-site scripting in LiteCart before 2.4.2 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary scripts in a visitor's browser. Several admin templates render POST-backed catalog, geography, and order values without escape_html, so crafted HTML becomes executable markup. Execution requires a user to open an affected page, and the script runs in that user's browser with that page's origin.
