Process crash via malformed PDF cross-reference table

Heap buffer overflow in Xpdf 4.03 allows attackers to crash pdftoppm by supplying a crafted PDF file for conversion. The readXRefTable function in XRef.cc writes beyond a heap buffer while pdftoppm parses the file's cross-reference table. Opening or converting an attacker-supplied PDF is required, and successful exploitation terminates the pdftoppm process with a segmentation fault.
