Unrestricted file upload in Studio-42 elFinder 2.1.60 allows remote attackers to execute PHP code on Windows servers via a crafted filename. The upload connector accepts a PHP filename ending in two dots, while Windows stores and serves the file without those trailing dots. Exploitation requires upload access to a Windows-hosted connector and yields code execution with the web server process privileges.
