Unauthenticated command execution via delAd endpoint
Published Mar 23, 2022 · Updated Aug 3, 2024
Command injection in Tenda M3 firmware 1.0.0.12(4856) allows remote attackers to execute commands through /goform/delAd. The public CVE record identifies the endpoint but does not disclose which request parameter reaches a command interpreter or how the handler constructs the command. Network access without authentication or user interaction is sufficient, and successful exploitation grants command execution with the web service's privileges.
