Authenticated SQL injection via crafted faculty parameter
Published Aug 8, 2022 · Updated Apr 15, 2025
SQL injection in SourceCodester Online Class and Exam Scheduling System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute database queries. The faculty parameter in /pages/faculty_sched.php reaches a database query as SQL syntax instead of being neutralized as data. A valid low-privilege session is required, and exploitation permits limited reading or modification of application data and interruption of database-backed functions.
