Authenticated database access via crafted class parameter
Published Aug 8, 2022 · Updated Apr 15, 2025
SQL injection in SourceCodester Online Class and Exam Scheduling System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to read database data. The class_sched.php endpoint interprets SQL syntax embedded in the class parameter as part of a database query instead of treating it solely as data. Access to the affected scheduling function is required, and successful exploitation exposes database content available to the application's account.
