Local privilege escalation in BitComet Service for Windows before 1.86 allows local users to execute code with SYSTEM privileges. The Windows service registration leaves its executable ImagePath unquoted, so Windows tests truncated executable names at spaces before the intended binary. Exploitation requires write access to an earlier candidate path and a service start or reboot, after which the planted executable runs as SYSTEM.
