Unauthenticated command execution via setWanCfg hostName injection

OS command injection in TOTOLINK A7000R 9.1.0u.6115_B20201022 and X5000R 9.1.0u.6118_B20201102 allows remote attackers to execute commands. The setWanCfg function places the hostName parameter into an operating-system command without neutralizing shell metacharacters. An unauthenticated request to the router management interface is sufficient; successful exploitation controls command execution on the device.
