Unauthenticated command execution via upnp_ttl injection

Command injection in the UPnP function of ARRIS TR3300 1.0.13 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary commands via a crafted request. The handler incorporates the upnp_ttl parameter into a command without neutralizing command syntax before execution. No authentication or user interaction is required, and successful exploitation grants command execution in the router's operating context.
