Unauthenticated file read and write via path normalization

Path traversal in std42 elFinder 2.1.60 and earlier allows remote attackers to read and write files via crafted absolute paths. The elFinderVolumeDriver::getFullPath routine uses a regular expression that fails to remove ../ segments after a doubled path separator, allowing paths outside the configured root to survive normalization. The unauthenticated connector must be reachable; later affected releases also require knowledge or discovery of the elFinder root path, enabling file browsing, disclosure, and modification with the connector's filesystem permissions.
