Secret disclosure via persisted command-line arguments

Sensitive information exposure in Percona XtraBackup 2.4.20 allows remote authenticated users to read command-line secrets from backup metadata. The backup-writing path copies the invocation command line into the xtrabackackup_info tool_command field and, when --history is used, into PERCONA_SCHEMA.xtrabackup_history without redacting sensitive arguments. Remote authenticated users must have access to a generated backup or the history table, and the consequence is limited to disclosure of secrets supplied on the command line.
