Authenticated request-header disclosure via unsanitized exception state

Information disclosure in Microsoft.Rest.ClientRuntime 2.0.0 through 2.3.23 allows remote authenticated users to read sensitive request headers. HttpRequestMessageWrapper copies every HTTP request header, including Authorization and custom secret-bearing headers, into exception state without sanitizing their values. Exploitation requires low-privileged network access and a request path that exposes the resulting exception details; disclosed data is limited to request-header values.
