Arbitrary file upload in Trend Micro Apex Central 2019 before Build 6016 allows remote attackers to execute code through its web interface. Trend Micro has not published the affected upload handler or the validation failure that permits attacker-controlled files. No authentication is required; successful exploitation writes an attacker-chosen file and executes code on the Apex Central server.
