Risky cryptography in Dell PowerScale OneFS 8.2.x through 9.2.x allows remote attackers to gain full system access through SSH. OneFS enables the deprecated diffie-hellman-group14-sha1 algorithm in its default SSH key-exchange list, allowing negotiation of a weak SHA-1-based exchange. Exploitation requires network reachability to SSH and no authentication, but Dell has not disclosed the remaining steps that turn the weak exchange into full system access.
