Authenticated SQL injection via login username parameter
Published Aug 5, 2022 · Updated Apr 15, 2025
SQL injection in SourceCodester Church Management System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to alter database queries through login.php. The login handler incorporates the username parameter into an SQL statement without neutralizing SQL syntax, so a crafted value changes the query structure. Low-privileged network access is required, and successful exploitation permits database reads or modifications within the application's database privileges.
