Elevation of privilege in Microsoft Windows Print Spooler on affected Windows releases allows local users to obtain SYSTEM privileges. Microsoft has not published the flawed function, input, or access-control operation that causes the elevation. A low-privileged local account is required, and successful exploitation gives complete control at SYSTEM integrity.
