Project access via time-predictable invitation tokens

Privilege escalation in Apache CloudStack before 4.16.1.0 allows remote authenticated users to join projects through predicted invite tokens. ProjectManagerImpl.generateToken seeds java.util.Random with System.currentTimeMillis(), making each 10-character email invitation token time-predictable. The non-default invitation feature must be enabled, and exploitation requires a known or guessed project ID before the intended recipient accepts the invite.
