License-information disclosure via unauthorized API request
Published Apr 16, 2022 · Updated Aug 3, 2024
Forced browsing in Zoho ManageEngine Remote Access Plus before 10.1.2137.15 allows remote authenticated users to view license details. The /dcapi/ API honors a direct request from a Guest account without enforcing the administrator authorization required for license data. Guest-level access is sufficient to disclose the licensee, licensed user and system counts, and exact build number, with no reported data modification or service interruption.
