Server code execution via disabled script upload

Code injection in Red Hat build of Keycloak 18 allows remote authenticated users to execute JavaScript on the server through a SAML protocol mapper. The admin console accepts an uploaded SAML JavaScript mapper even when SCRIPTS or UPLOAD_SCRIPTS is disabled, then runs the mapper server-side. Administrative control of a SAML client is required, and executed code can read server files or perform other actions with the Keycloak process's privileges.
