Authorization bypass in Tyler Technologies Odyssey Portal before 17.1.20 allows remote attackers to read sensitive case records. Direct case-detail requests return records for attacker-supplied case identifiers without checking whether the requester is authorized to view them. Unauthenticated network access to a portal is sufficient; exposure is limited to case-record confidentiality, with no reported ability to alter records or interrupt service.
