Arbitrary file write via unsanitized restore paths

Path traversal in NATS Server before 2.7.4 and NATS Streaming Server before 0.24.3 allows remote authenticated users to write files. During JetStream stream restore, the server extracts tar entries without adequately sanitizing filenames, allowing traversal outside the intended storage directory to an attacker-chosen path. The attacker needs a NATS account authorized for the JetStream API, while process sandboxing bounds the writable locations.
