Unauthenticated SQL injection via unparameterized product ID query
Published May 20, 2022 · Updated Aug 3, 2024
Blind SQL injection in Multi-Vendor Online Groceries Management System 1.0 allows remote attackers to query its database through the id parameter. The products/view_product.php script inserts the GET id value directly inside a quoted WHERE clause without parameterization, enabling boolean- and time-based query manipulation. No authentication or user interaction is required, and successful exploitation can read or modify database data and interrupt database-backed service.
