Service interruption via unchecked segment offset

Buffer overflow in Realtek Linux/Android Bluetooth Mesh SDK 4.17-4.17-20220127 and earlier allows remote attackers to interrupt service. The mesh transport layer allocates a buffer from SegN, then accepts a larger SegO and writes the received segment beyond that buffer. No authentication or user interaction is required, but the attacker must be within Bluetooth range; the reported consequence is service interruption.
