Service disruption via inconsistent segmented-packet SegN

Out-of-bounds write in Realtek Linux/Android Bluetooth Mesh SDK through 4.17-4.17-20220127 allows attackers to disrupt service. The mesh transport layer allocates a cache from the first packet's SegN value, then uses each later packet's SegN to decide completion and copies segments past that allocation when the later value is larger. Exploitation requires unauthenticated Bluetooth Mesh access from an adjacent network and is bounded to service interruption in the published advisory.
