Arbitrary file write in pgjdbc 42.1.0 through 42.3.2 allows remote attackers to create files through untrusted connection properties. The driver passes attacker-controlled loggerFile and loggerLevel values to java.util.logging.FileHandler, which creates the named local file. Reachability requires an application to expose a complete JDBC URL or properties; a web-root JSP can execute code with the application's privileges.
