Kernel-memory disclosure and crash via card labels

Externally controlled format strings in umlaeute v4l2loopback before 0.12.6 allow local users to disclose kernel memory or crash the module. The vidioc_querycap and v4l2_loopback_add paths pass the attacker-controlled card label directly as snprintf's format argument, so percent directives read stack values or exhaust valid arguments. Administrative access is required to supply the module or device label; disclosure is limited to kernel-stack contents, while repeated %s directives can crash the module.
