Credential compromise via unlimited local login attempts

Improper login-attempt restriction in Interlogix Hills ComNav 3002-19 and earlier allows local users to brute-force credentials. The module's local configuration-page login imposes no limit on repeated failed authentication attempts. Access to the local interface is required, and a successful guess exposes configuration-page access under the compromised credentials.
