SYSTEM code execution via unsafe .NET deserialization

Deserialization in Veeam Agent for Microsoft Windows 2.0, 2.1, 2.2, 3.0.2, 4.x, and 5.x allows local users to execute code as SYSTEM. The Windows service on TCP 9395 improperly deserializes attacker-supplied .NET data, causing embedded code to run under the service account. A local user account and access to the service port are required, after which arbitrary code gains complete LOCAL SYSTEM control.
