Improper login-attempt restriction in wger before 2.2 allows remote attackers to brute-force account passwords through the web login. The Django authentication flow processes repeated password guesses without enforcing a failure limit; the affected code lacks the Django Axes controls added in 2.2. No authentication is required to submit guesses, and a successful guess grants the compromised account's privileges.
