Remote code execution via static cryptographic key

Use of a hard-coded cryptographic key in Horner Automation RCC972 firmware 15.40 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code. The firmware stores a static encryption key on the device, allowing recovered key material to defeat the protection applied to privileged operations. Network access to a configured controller service is required; exploitation also permits unauthorized device changes or a service interruption.
