Cross-context data disclosure via stale RSB predictions

Information disclosure in some Intel Processors allows local users to read cross-context data through transient execution. After a VM exit or IBPB barrier, the return stack buffer can predict an unbalanced RET from the most recent pre-barrier CALL target instead of isolating execution contexts. Exploitation requires local low-privilege execution and an affected eIBRS processor; the documented consequence is data disclosure without integrity or availability impact.
