Denial of service via DNS memory exhaustion

Resource exhaustion in F5 BIG-IP 15.1.x before 15.1.0.2 and other affected branches allows remote attackers to interrupt DNS service. The DNS queueing path on a virtual-server DNS listener consumes increasing memory while processing undisclosed requests; F5 has not disclosed the underlying operation. Network access to a configured DNS listener is sufficient, DNS queueing is enabled by default, and continued memory growth impairs availability.
