Private-key exposure via ignored TPM selection

Resource exposure in Citrix Federated Authentication Service 7.17 through 10.6 allows local users to access a private key. The PowerShell configuration path ignores the selected TPM destination and writes the registration authority certificate's private key to the Microsoft Software Key Storage Provider. The condition requires TPM selection through PowerShell, and exploiting the software-stored key requires local Administrator access to the FAS server.
