Open redirection in OpenText NetIQ Access Manager before 5.0.2 allows local users to redirect a victim via a specially formatted URL. The vendor identifies a customized-URL redirection issue but does not disclose the affected endpoint or the validation error that accepts an untrusted destination. Exploitation requires local high-privileged access and user interaction; the bounded consequence is navigation to an attacker-chosen site, with no reported direct data modification or service interruption.
