Stored-password recovery via static initialization vector

Weak encryption in LibreOffice 7.2 before 7.2.7 and 7.3 before 7.3.3 allows attackers to recover stored web passwords. The password-storage code encrypts every web-connection password with the same initialization vector under a user-supplied master key, exposing repeatable ciphertext relationships. Access to the user's configuration database is required, and the resulting disclosure is limited to stored web-connection credentials.
