Local secret disclosure via transient BIM poisoning

Transient-execution side channel in BOOM before 3.0.0 allows local users to disclose machine-mode secrets through branch prediction. A supervisor-mode load executes transiently before the PMP access violation is checked, and the accessed secret updates the BIM branch-prediction table. Local supervisor-mode execution is required; timing the poisoned BIM state can recover firmware or enclave data without modifying it.
