Process crash via concurrent decompression cleanup

Use-after-free in lrzip 0.641 allows context-dependent attackers to crash the process by inducing a user to decompress a crafted archive. During multithreaded ZPAQ decompression, clear_rulist() frees a shared uncomp_thread array while zpaq_decompress_buf() can still read or write through its ucthread pointer. Successful triggering requires the crafted archive to be processed with concurrent decompression; the documented outcome is process termination, not data disclosure or modification.
