Arbitrary file write via path traversal

Path traversal in OneNav 0.9.14 allows remote attackers to read or write files through a crafted request to index.php. The index.php handler concatenates an attacker-controlled file parameter without filtering, allowing traversal to PHP's pearcmd.php and malicious-file creation. The endpoint is network reachable without authentication according to the published CVSS vector; successful exploitation can write a server-side file and lead to code execution.
