Authenticated script execution via unencoded specialization output
Published Mar 29, 2022 · Updated Jul 9, 2026
Stored XSS in Hospital Patient Record Management System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute script in an administrator's browser. The Add Doctors handler stores the special parameter in the doctor table, and admin-panel1.php inserts the saved value into HTML without output encoding. Exploitation requires access to the administrator-only workflow and executes when an administrator views the stored doctor list.
