Web server crash via unbounded sscanf parsing

Buffer overflow in setSmartPowerManagement in Tenda AC10-1200 15.03.06.23_EN allows remote attackers to crash the web server. The function passes the time request parameter to sscanf, which writes formatted fields into four eight-byte stack buffers without length bounds. A correctly formatted value longer than eight bytes sent to /goform/PowerSaveSet requires no authentication and triggers SIGSEGV, interrupting web management.
