Incorrect service permissions in Beckman Coulter Remisol Advance 2.0.12.1 and earlier allow local users to access sensitive data. The Normand License Manager service grants unprivileged Windows users write access to its executables and libraries. Local unprivileged access is required; altered service files expose sensitive data when the service loads them.
