Unauthenticated command execution via ipDoamin injection

OS command injection in six TOTOLINK router firmware builds allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary commands via crafted requests. The setDiagnosisCfg handler fails to neutralize command syntax in the untrusted ipDoamin request parameter before invoking an operating-system command. Network reachability to the affected handler is sufficient; authentication and user interaction are not required, and injected commands run with the router service's privileges.
