Unauthenticated command execution via langType injection

Command injection in TOTOLINK N600R firmware 4.3.0cu.7570_B20200620 allows remote attackers to execute commands through the login interface. The setting/setLanguageCfg handler accepts a langType JSON value containing shell metacharacters in a POST to /cgi-bin/cstecgi.cgi without neutralizing the injected command. No authentication or user interaction is required, and injected commands execute with the router service's privileges.
