Published Mar 22, 2022 · Updated Aug 3, 2024
Command injection in TOTOLINK N600R firmware 4.3.0cu.7570_B20200620 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary commands via NTPSyncWithHost requests. The public record names /setting/NTPSyncWithHost as the vulnerable endpoint but does not disclose the input parameter, command construction, or execution call. Network access is sufficient; authentication and user interaction are not required, and successful exploitation permits data access, data modification, or service interruption.
