Command injection in TOTOLINK N600R firmware 4.3.0cu.7570_B20200620 allows remote attackers to execute commands via HTTP. The cstecgi.cgi setDiagnosisCfg handler accepts newline-delimited shell commands in the ipDoamin field used by pingCheck. No authentication or user interaction is required; demonstrated payloads execute commands such as ls or reboot, enabling device control or service interruption.
