Administrator account creation via tokenless forged request

Cross-site request forgery in JForum 2.8.0 allows remote attackers to add administrator accounts through an authenticated user's browser. The adminRegEmail insert action at jforum.page accepts a forged POST containing an empty OWASP_CSRFTOKEN and attacker-chosen email and administrator-group values. Exploitation requires an authenticated administrator to load or submit the forged request, after which the attacker controls a newly created privileged account.
